COVID Policies

Please help us follow these guidelines in order to return to the studio safely:

  • UPDATED MAY 13, 2021: WE WILL CONTINUE TO REQUIRE THAT GUESTS AND STAFF WEAR MASKS IN OUR STUDIO. Anyone that can medically tolerate a face covering MUST wear one. Clients may remove their mask temporarily if necessary.
  • Upon arrival, if you choose to wait in your car, please call and let us know when you arrive, and we will be happy to text/call to let you know when your stylist/colorist is ready! We do have a social distanced (6 ft. apart) waiting area if you choose to come in as well.
  • Temperature checks will be done at the front door when you arrive. We will not be accepting sick clients. If you, or someone you know has been ill (or has had COVID) within the last 14 days, please cancel immediately. We will be happy to reschedule you.
  • Staff will be required to stay home if they are sick or have a fever, we will also be temperature checked daily before entering the studio.
  • Hand sanitizer will be required by staff, and clients before entering the studio. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the studio for your convenience. High traffic areas will be frequently sanitized.
  • Only clients will be allowed in the building. If client must be accompanied by a caregiver, caregiver will be allowed. We will do our best to keep salon guests to a minimum.
  • Magazines have been removed from the waiting and color area. Please bring a book or magazine if you choose. We will offer canned beverages, and bottled water for your convenience. If you would like something else, please bring it with you.
  • Self-blow dry area will be available, however, your stylist/colorist will apply your products, as the product station has been removed as a requirement per the department of licensing. (LARA)
  • If you need to buy products, please ask your stylist/colorist to place up front for you. At this time, all purchases are final, and no returns are accepted, per the requirement from the department of licensing (LARA), until further notice.
  • We will try our best to have a contactless payment process as possible.
  • All staff has been trained in the Michigan State Board Barbicide Course, as well as read the CDC’s guidelines for handwashing.
